Jennison has 35 years of retail banking and finance experience and joins the group from the payments processing firm Payzone where he held the role of managing director.
Joining Jennison on the board is Steve O’Hare who takes the role of non-executive director and represents Jerrold Holdings’ shareholder, Equistone Partners Europe.
