Kurash joins BLG’s business development team as ‘senior executive – new business’ and brings a wealth of experience in procuring senior, mezzanine and equity real estate finance having held senior positions at Grosvenor, RECAP and Dunbar.
Bains will take up the newly created position of credit operations manager, reporting to Cécile Verroest, risk director. Bains brings strong project management skills and building expertise having worked for the past 3 years at EC Harris.
