BNP Paribas Real Estate's brand Strutt & Parker has strengthened its development and planning team by appointing Caroline McDade (pictured) as head of planning.
McDade joins from Deloitte, and will be responsible for growing the team, as well as advising on real estate development in London and the UK.
McDade has over 20 years of development and planning experience, spanning residential, large-scale regeneration, infrastructure and commercial schemes.
She will be working closely with Paul Nicholls, BNPPRE’s head of London development, and Simon Kibblewhite, head of national development, as well as the wider planning leadership group.
