Khattoare and Pederson will report to business development director, Paul Brett who is actively seeking to recruit a further three sales specialists.
Khattoare was previously at Paymentshield where he was a senior development manager. Pederson joins from Hood Group where he held a similar position.
Paul Aitken, chief executive officer at Borro, said: “Borro is fully committed to the intermediary and professional adviser market and with the latest round of funding now in place, we are pushing on and expanding our support for introducers.
“There is no substitute for personal contact in business and in order to put across the Borro proposition, we believe that it is vital to have experienced development professionals on board to take our message to new and existing introducers.
“I am delighted to welcome Narinder and Stuart who both have impressive careers in business development, while we continue our search to recruit three more sales managers.”
Khattoare said: “Borro has already built itself into a recognisable brand in the intermediary market with its unique proposition and I am enjoying the challenge of developing new business by assisting intermediaries to understand how Borro can help their clients and build a new income stream.”
Pederson said: “I was attracted to the challenge of taking Borro’s service to a marketplace which has been waiting for innovation in the lending market at a time when lending has become so restrictive.”
