Bovis Homes has acquired Galliford Try’s Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration businesses and plans to rebrand with a new name for the group.
Housebuilder Bovis Homes Group has completed the £1.1bn acquisition of Galliford Try’s Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration businesses.
Bovis Homes has made an application to the Registrar of Companies to change its name to Vistry Group to cover the combined group.
This new corporate name will be used for the group’s housebuilding and partnerships businesses.
The chief executive of Galliford Try, Graham Prothero, has been appointed as chief operating officer of the group.
The enlarged housebuilding business will operate with both the Bovis Homes and Linden Homes brands.
