Zoopla signed up 345 branches in January.
Zoopla has welcomed Boydens, an Essex-based estate agency, to start listing on its service.
With its local estate agencies in Essex and Suffolk, Boydens is bringing all seven of its branches to Zoopla.
Covering both sales and lettings, and including its premium Superior Homes brand, Boydens is listing properties with Zoopla with immediate effect.
This news builds on Zoopla’s recent succession of new business wins, which saw 345 branches sign up in January.
Paul Buck, head of sales and lettings at Boydens, said: “We are looking forward to listing our properties with Zoopla and continuing to grow our business with their support to the benefit of our clients.”
Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer, Zoopla, added: “Boydens is a leading agent in Essex and offers genuine expertise and insight for its customers.
"They are results orientated, and our commitment to driving growth in listings, valuation and applicant leads will support their business for the short and long-term.
"Boydens will benefit from our continued investment into new products, technology and people as we work to provide the best value for money for agents.
“This most recent win builds on our record-breaking January for new business, which saw 345 new agent branches join Zoopla.
"We look forward to partnering with more new agents in 2020 as we help them realise their ambitions.”
