Following the increase in Base Rate this month by the Bank of England's Monetary Committee the interest rise will come into effect from the 5th September.
Mortgage Express, Bradford & Bingley Group's main lending arm, has announced it is increasing its Base Rate linked mortgage rate by 0.25% to 6.25% with effect from the 3rd September.
