The free event will be held at the offices of Ashfords LLP, Grenadier Road, Exeter on Wednesday 7th March from 10:30am to 1pm.
The seminar is designed for advisers working with equity release and has a focus on the impact of equity release on state benefits.
Gareth Morgan, managing director of Ferret Information Systems, will lead the seminar.
Peter Welch, head of sales and distribution at Bridgewater Equity Release, will also run a short session on obtaining equity release leads from professional introducers.

“Equity release can be a sensitive topic at the best of times and advisers have to tread particularly carefully when it comes to explaining the potential ramifications of benefit amendments.
“We had very positive feedback from advisers attending our London and Warrington seminars at the end of 2011 and this latest event reaffirms our commitment to helping brokers make sense of these developments.
“In addition to the Exeter seminar, we also hope to be able to announce a further seminar date in the Midlands imminently.”
