She will lead the lender's entire case management line-up
Brightstar Financial has promoted Chantelle Haley (pictured) to the role of head of sales support.
Previously heading the specialist lender’s residential and buy-to-let mortgages team, Haley will now provide leadership for the entire case management team, including the analysis and oversight of workflow and processes, alongside the provision of training at individual and team level.
She will also join the company management team, and will work closely with other managers across the business to support the senior leadership team in the delivery of key business objectives.
Her promotion to the management board, Brightstar noted, has further increased representation of women at senior level, supporting the business ethos of being a diverse and inclusive business with equal access to opportunity and success.
A double winner of the ‘Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work’, Brightstar has been recognised for its outstanding work surrounding diversity and inclusion and was one of the earliest signatories of the Women in Finance Charter.

Commenting on her promotion to the new role, Haley said she felt honoured to have been given the opportunity and was really excited for the year ahead.
