Phil Best has been appointed to the role of business development manager and Simon Wisbey will take up the role of sales and support manager.
Best joins from High Street Home Loans where he had been responsible for the biggest producing area in the UK. He will be responsible for developing new business throughout the country.
Wisbey joins from Close Motor Finance Ltd where he was regional operations manager, and will take operational responsibility for the growing Brilliant Loans office network.
Paul Guy, head of secured loans at Brilliant said the firm's goal for 2008 was to have a greater presence at a local level through the deployment of good salespeople, with plans to further expand its sales team over the course of the year.
