It adds two new directorship positions and expands its senior management
Mortgage club and specialist mortgage packager Brilliant Solutions has expanded its leadership and senior management team.
Michael Craig (pictured), formerly sales director, has been promoted to the role of managing director, while Sally Miles, a key member of staff for more than two decades, has been elevated to the position of director of lending.
Matthew Arena will oversee the entire Brilliant Group, including iZone Software, Brilliant Loans, and Brilliant Money, while Mel Voss will maintain leadership of the group’s software strategy and proposition.
In addition, Rebecca King and Nicky De-Freitas Viera have been promoted to head of secured loans and head of packaged lending, respectively. Lee Parkin also assumes the role of head of performance across the Brilliant Group.
The promotions, Brilliant Solutions said, follow a period of substantial business growth driven by the staff’s performance
