Highlights of the refreshed range include:
- An improved 5 year fixed rate at 5.35% available up to 95% LTV
- A 5.25% 2 year fixed rate available up to 95% LTV
- A 2 year 1.79% discount (pay rate 5.05%) off SVR, available up to 95% LTV. Fees assisted.
- A self certification 2 year fixed rate at 5.55% available up to 75% LTV
All of the above loans require a £299 arrangement fee and have no extended tie-in.
In addition, Bristol & West Mortgages has left its competitive easyflex Offset mortgages unchanged.
