It can be accessed through the Broker Conveyancing portal
Broker Conveyancing has partnered with chartered surveyor The Moving Portal to launch a new survey product for advisers.
The conveyancing distributor said advisers will now be able to access the new survey product suite through the Broker Conveyancing portal, which now offers Basic Valuations, Homebuyers’ Report Level 2, and Building Survey Level 3.
The Moving Portal operates a national panel of RICS Chartered Surveyors across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, taking instructions from mortgage advisers, independent financial advisers, estate agents, and solicitors for a variety of RICS survey reports and valuations.
Accessing these services through the Broker Conveyancing panel, registered users are now able to add an additional product offering to their overall proposition, and, as with conveyancing advice, they will be able to choose their own referral fee, providing a further income stream to their firm.
Broker Conveyancing works with a range of conveyancing firms to provide advisers and their clients conveyancing options via its platform. Advisers can register and start receiving quotes through its website.
“As we’re all acutely aware, it’s very rare for a client to come to an adviser just requiring mortgage advice, and firms have become much more adept at providing a 360-degree service covering all these ancillary needs,” Mark Snape (pictured), chief executive at Broker Conveyancing, commented.
“We’ve certainly seen a growing army of advisers providing conveyancing advice and having talked to our partners, it was obvious there was also an opportunity to work with The Moving Portal to help deliver valuations and surveys to consumers.
“Not only can this new product support client needs but, again as we have seen with conveyancing, it can also deliver a further income stream that can add to the overall profitability of the business. We have provided a seamless integration into our system and would urge all advisers to review this new part of the Broker Conveyancing proposition.”
