The campaign, which lasts throughout the summer, is designed to educate brokers about the opportunities available to their customers who do not fit high street lenders’ criteria.
Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, said “Having spoken to James, I know he is very pleased that he registered with us. This is only the start of a number of initiatives we are running in this campaign, we are exclusively for the use of mortgage intermediaries and we will be doing as much as we can to breathe a breath of fresh air into the industry.”
James said: “I can’t believe I have won this prize, it’s certainly a positive step that Precise Mortgages are supporting mortgage brokers and I am looking forward to seeing what else they have to offer.
“It has been a double celebration for me as we recently welcomed a new addition to the family with our first child; this will certainly buy a few nappies, and is a great start for my little boy’s university fund!”
Ben Thompson, managing director Legal & General Mortgage Club said: “Drinks will be on James tonight that's for sure, so many congratulations to him and obviously we are also delighted that this fantastic prize has landed with a loyal supporter of Legal & General Mortgage Club.
“We are very much aware of the hard work that Precise Mortgages has been putting into providing new lending in the UK intermediary market, in particular this current focus on customers that have found it hard to obtain a mortgage. Many of these people were considered prime four years ago, and therefore focusing on this market now should enable intermediaries to help more customers.
“We would strongly encourage all active intermediaries to take a close look at what Precise Mortgages has to offer, this can only add value.”
