The independent survey, commissioned by BM Solutions, probed the website features that brokers find most useful. Virtually all of the brokers questioned recognised case tracking as the most practical feature, with an overwhelming 96 per cent of respondents citing this as a helpful aid.
Almost a third (32 per cent) of brokers cited industry news round-ups as a valuable tool on mortgage lenders websites. Other features brokers found useful included message boards (24 per cent), and desktop messengers (15 per cent).
