The poll, carried out on the Mortgage Introducer website, shows that 49.3% do not feel that TCF will help them make more money. However, it is a subject that obviously divides brokers as 43.3% believe that it will help them make their businesses more profitable; 7% said they did not know.
“The poll shows that brokers are divided over the benefits of TCF to their businesses,” said Nia Williams, editor of Mortgage Introducer.
“However, the benefits to their customers should not be forgotten. And if their customers are happy with the service and products they are offered then there is more chance of them coming back for further help.”
