Rob Derry, managing director of Brunel Mortgages, said: “This is a great opportunity for brokers to hear directly from our lenders. The market for specialist lending including secured Loans and specialist buy-to-let loans has grown massively over the last couple of years, which meant that last year was our best year since 2008. We want to give brokers the opportunity to meet with our lenders face to face and discover how specialist loans can become an important part of their portfolio of products for their clients.”
The event to be held at The Hilton Hotel, Lydiard Fields, Swindon (on junction 16 of the M4) will bring together brokers and representatives from six lenders covering secured loans, commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let, bridging finance, residential and auction finance.
There will also be a feedback session on the process for applying for full permissions under the FCA’s consumer credit regime.
The event starts with breakfast at 8am (sessions start at 8:30am), is free to attend and also qualifies for CPD points which will be certified on the day.
The event will finish around 10am followed by one-to-one sessions where necessary.
There will also be a free prize draw for a Fortnum and Mason Hamper, donated by Shawbrook.
