BSS (www.brokersupportservices.co.uk), which has recently launched as a joint venture company, is a partnership between the Mortgage Support Network (MSN) and SimplyBiz. BSS is a service provider to advisers that choose to become directly authorised with the FSA and offers a range of services including mortgages, protection and general insurance.

The new Webline (www.webline.co.uk) service for BSS members provides access to Friends Provident, Legal & General, Liverpool Victoria, Norwich Union, Prudential and Scottish Provident.
