The club, which is part of The Buy to Let Business, started the year with 600 brokers but now has around 1,200.
Ying Tan, managing director, attributes the increase in broker numbers to the number of exclusives the club offers its brokers and the value of the Buy to Let and Commercial help desk.
He said: “Brokers love tapping into our vast Buy to Let knowledge by using our Buy to Let Helpdesk.
“We are every lender’s BDM.”
The Buy to Let Club has taken a road show to Manchester, Birmingham and London and the Buy to Let Forum.
Exclusives available include a 5-year fix from Hinckley and Rugby Building Society at 3.75% with a flat fee of £3750 and free valuation at 75%, the lowest rate deal with a flat fee.
Cat Armstrong, Mortgage Club manager, added: “The team has worked extremely hard to ensure the success of the club and it’s fantastic to see that hard work paying off.
“We really feel we can offer a lot to our brokers and the number of exclusives we have is testimony to that. We hope more brokers will join us over the coming months.”
