B&W has adjusted its lending criteria to borrowers of up to four times their income and refinance loans worth up to 95 per cent of LTV.
The two discount mortgages at 3.89 and 3.99 are available at a 2.06 per cent discount and 1.99 per cent off SVR until 30 June 2004. The two year capped rate mortgage with a rate of 4.29 per cent also has a 1.66 per cent discount off SVR until June.
Dominic Toller, head of marketing at B&W, said: "House prices are still increasing rapidly so these mortgages will enable borrowers who maybe thought that they couldn’t afford to move, to do so."
