It is going to withdraw the following:
1. 4.19 per cent (variable) two-year discount to 85 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) – N9C
2. 5.29 per cent five-year fixed to 85 per cent LTV – N9N
Please ensure that all cases or AIPs on these products are faxed to Manor Mortgages on 087 0042 0087 or 01275 399 222 no later than 3pm on Friday 23rd June in order to book the rates. Applications or AIPs received after this time will not qualify.
