They’re looking for large groups of families and/or friends who are planning to pool resources in order to buy, and live in, a dream property.
The idea is that things such as childcare, finances, working life and leisure time all become easier if they are shared. It also means people can live in an amazing house that they would otherwise not be able to afford on their own.
