Hall will be working with Mike Peachey, controller of compliance and quality, and the rest of the team. He will be responsible for operations, conducting reviews, providing guidance and liaising with the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Prior to joining Cardif Pinnacle, Hall was a compliance officer with Aon Specialty and spent more than a decade in management and technology consultancy.
Hall said: "I'm looking forward to working with the team at Cardif Pinnacle. There are a lot of challenges ahead with the move by the FSA to principles-based regulation, ongoing thematic reviews and forthcoming changes in the law. I have a strong commercial background and aim to enable the business to comply with regulation in a way that's practical, rather than issue edicts which cannot be implemented."
