Launched in partnership with Europ Assistance, the product has been designed specifically for personal loan and mortgage lenders and intermediaries, and can be included either as an integral part of a loan or mortgage offering or sold as an optional feature.
The notification and repair service will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and take advantage of Europ Assistance's network of vetted and approved repairers.
Alongside plumbing and central heating problems, the Plan provides cover for electrical failure, damage caused by severe weather, burglary or vandalism, failure or damage to locks or windows and pest infestation.
Cassidy Davis is also offering fixed rates on the cover over one, two and three years - allowing it to dovetail with a fixed term mortgage.
