Catalyst, the short-term finance lender, has added to its new business team with the appointment of Lee Griffiths as the lender’s sixth relationship manager.
In his new role, Griffiths will be responsible for originating loans, structuring, and pricing lending terms and building successful customer relationships.
Griffiths previously worked as a commercial property investment consultant for six years and for the past two years he worked for Iceberg (a division of Paragon Bank) specialising in asset finance and working capital funding for the legal sector.
