Checking out the most luxurious properties in an area is now possible using a new tool
Research from price comparison platform money.co.uk has revealed the most expensive celebrity homes in the UK today.
Taking the top spot is the home of David and Victoria Beckham. With a £31.5 million price tag, the mortgage comparison website said this property is hard to beat in terms of price. Located on Millionaire’s Row in Holland Park, the family have many well-known neighbours including Simon Cowell and Elton John.
The luxurious property is not the only home that the Beckhams own, and it is said that the couple has a property portfolio worth a total of £73 million. This portfolio includes a farmhouse in the Cotswolds and a penthouse in Miami.
In second place is Wayne Rooney’s £20 million estate located in Cheshire. The estate, which Rooney shares with his wife and their children, has 16 bedrooms and goes by the name High Lake Manor. The footballer has a large property portfolio, with homes in Barbados and Florida, as well as others in the UK.

A neighbour of the Beckhams, Robbie Williams’ home comes in third on the list of the UK’s most expensive celebrity homes. The property on Millionaire’s Row is worth an estimated £17.5 million. The mansion was previously home to Michael Winner and boasts 46-rooms, including a cinema room and a swimming pool. This isn’t the only property in the singer’s portfolio as he also has a Beverly Hills mansion worth £26 million.
The following celebrities also own properties that entered the top 10 list for the most expensive celebrity homes in the UK: Harry Kane (£17 million), Paul McCartney (£16.5 million), Harry Styles (£15 million), Dawn and Ashley Ward (£14.5 million), Simon Cowell (£10 million), Frank Lampard (£10 million) and Jamie Oliver (£8.9 million).
money.co.uk said anyone can now check and find the most luxurious properties in their area by checking out the property listings using the platform’s new tool. They simply need to enter their postcode or area into the tool to find the most expensive properties for sale. The tool also works out the deposit needed, as well as the average monthly mortgage repayment. It can be accessed by going to the Lustworthy Listings 2022 page on the money.co.uk website.
