The move allows brokers and advisers to earn commission by referring business to ERAS through their membership of CETA’s advanced online Portal.
ERAS is an independent equity release advisory centre covering services such as lifetime loans, home reversionary schemes and interest-only mortgages.

CETA members do not need to hold Financial Services Authority permissions for equity release, as all advice is provided by ERAS directly to the client.
