The lender has removed the current £1,000,000 - £1,999,999 and £2,000,000 to £4,999,999 ranges in favour of a single £1 million plus range.
Effective immediately, loans for properties valued between £1-2 million will be available to a maximum of 80 per cent LTV, while loans for properties worth between £2-5 million will be available to 70 per cent LTV.
The updated range will apply to both buy-to-let and residential purchases.
It is also repricing all mainstream and buy-to-let on offer for loans between £5,000 and £49,999.
