Eleventh packager joins RAMP
Praxis has become the latest packager to join the board of RAMP, making it the eleventh large packager to join the alliance.
Praxis will handle in excess of £400 million worth of mortgage applications during 2004 and specialises in minor adverse, non-conforming, self-certification and buy-to-let mortgages. RAMP members’ total mortgage completions are expected to exceed £4 billion in 2005.
BDS appoints insurance broker
BDS Mortgage Group, the South-Coast based mortgage packager and distributor, has appointed Clarke Roxburgh as a new insurance broker.
Clarke Roxburgh joins Premier Protection and Paymentshield on the panel and will provide the entire BDS Mortgage Group of companies with a range of buy-to-let landlords, building and contents, commercial and general insurance products.
