Charcol will offer advice to Coldwell Banker’s high net worth clients seeking to purchase residential property in the UK.
In September Coldwell Banker announced the launch of Coldwell Banker Great Britain, led by managing director Vic Pegna, which will start in London before expanding into 50 branches across England, Wales and Scotland.
Charcol’s specialist high net worth adviser Peter Tsouroulla will lead the team handling referral cases, which is expected to increase significantly as Coldwell Banker grows its UK footprint.

Charcol’s managing director Walter Avril told Mortgage Introducer last week that the company is heavily investing in technology, systems, training and office space.
