The Chelsea, which is part of the Yorkshire Building Society Group, offers its new mortgage with a £1,545 product fee while Yorkshire’s mortgage has a £845 fee.
The products are both available online and in each respective society’s branches.
Clare Slater, mortgage manager for Yorkshire Building Society, said: “We are always striving to offer our members mortgages at competitive rates.
“We believe these mortgages, which have competitively low rates and slightly higher fees than some other higher rate products, will prove popular for customers who would like to borrow larger amounts.”
Offset mortgages are also available on all products, priced 0.20% higher than their non-offset equivalent.
