Susan joins CHL from Allianz Cornhill Insurance where she was responsible for the HR account management of the engineering operations department. Prior to this, Susan worked in Executive Search, and was responsible for recruiting senior executives into key positions across all industry sectors.
She began in Human Resources in 1998, working as an HR advisor for Computer Sciences Corporation, and has nearly 10 years collective HR and specialist recruitment experience.

As CHL’s Human Resources Manager, Susan will have responsibility across the full HR function including employee relations, recruitment, training, and compensation and benefits.”
