The site enhancements include:
- An enhanced BDM search facility to allow intermediaries to locate their regional BDM.
- A ‘Media Centre’ containing all CHL’s news announcements to market plus details on press contacts.
- A brand new ‘Customer’ section to the site including details on CHL’s products and services, a ‘Find a Broker’ service and a Q&A section with answers to frequently asked questions.
- Enhancements to the way brokers and customers can contact CHL for both general enquiries and existing customers.
- A section devoted to working for CHL including job opportunities and ‘how to apply’.
