The free service is aimed at those intermediaries who have been let down by lenders pulling their product ranges or exiting the market as a result of the recent sub prime turbulence.
Intermediaries who are looking for help and advice with their buy-to-let and self-certification cases can call 0800 085 6727 and speak to a member of CHL’s product team.
The helpline also comes with express decision-making for those intermediaries who put their cases through CHL’s online application system, @chl. CHL will give priority to these cases and intermediaries will get a decision within three hours.
