The new 2 and 5-year fixes come with a £500 cashback offer and are broken down into two categories - Fee Offer Mortgages and Standard Fee Mortgages.
The Fee Offer Mortgage range includes a 4.29% 2-year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV and a 4.49% 5-year fixed rate for up to 85% LTV.
The Standard Fee Mortgage range includes a 2-year fix up to 85% LTV at 3.19% and a 5-year fix up to 90% LTV at 4.69%.

“We have fixed rate mortgages for 2 and 5-years as well as a number of products with no arrangement fee.
