To 75% LTV 2-year fixes stand at 2.09% to 75% loan to value and 2.19% to 80% LTV with no fee, while to 90% LTV the product stands at 2.49%.
Rates on its 5-year fixes are 2.89% to 75% LTV and 3.09% to 80% LTV with no fee and 3.49% to 90% LTV with a £999 fee.
