As well as providing brokers with access to the residental mortgage lenders, TMA's proposition now includes access to a variety of specialist services including commercial mortgages, lead generation and conveyancing.
Steve Atkins' of the TMA said: "Over the past few months we have noticed an upturn in commercial enquires from our members and felt that it was important to work with a commercial packager that offers a service that is as independent as our brokers. CMD offers the broker specialist independent

Loman O'Neill went on to add: "Due to the very nature of the commercial sector many brokers either shy away from it or try using high street lenders to place the deal. This doesn't always provide the most suitable solution and many broker are losing the deal. At CMD we offer brokers a choice of engagement depending on whichever best suits their needs. Brokers can either deal with the client without any direct involvement from CMD, in effect using us to solely package the case. Alternatively, we can liaise directly with client to help them navigate the minefield that is commercial mortgages."
