The event, organised by Mortgage Business Expo, will be held at the SECC in Glasgow on 2 March.
The seminars, which will run throughout the day, are being sponsored by Royal Bank of Scotland.
Intermediaries will get the chance to hear speakers such as Martin Ellis, group economist at Halifax, and Richard Fox, chief executive of the Society of Mortgage Professionals, and have the opportunity to ask them questions.
The AMI seminars will be chaired by Chris Cummings, director general of AMI, whilst the CML seminars will be chaired by Kennedy Foster, policy consultant at CML.
Seminar topics will include:
- A housing forecast – the size, shape and potential of the housing market in Scotland
- Equity release
- The reform of house buying and selling in Scotland
- Secured loans
- Treating Customers Fairly
- Buying abroad
