The context in which affordable housing is delivered is changing drastically. How will local authorities deliver new housing in future and who are their key partners? Will lenders see lending on shared ownership and shared equity as an opportunity? What are the views of lenders, housing associations, local authorities and government on future prospects on intermediate housing and its place in the housing market? Are these views realistic?
