The offer is for all cases submitted between 17 October and 31 December 2005 and is available in conjunction with its existing free valuation service.
The introduction of the application fee refund is applicable to the whole CMLS non-conforming lender panel and the company has also revealed there is no minimum loan amount limit needed to be entitled to the scheme.
Tristan Pile, head of sales and marketing at CMLS, was pleased with the offer and was sure it would be a popular choice. He said: “We are delighted to announce this time-limited offer of full application fee refunds, payable on completion of all non-conforming applications submitted by the end of the year.
“ No application fee for this limited period is a highly-attractive benefit to potential mortgage clients, especially in the non-conforming sector of the market where clients are looking to keep costs as low as possible.”
Pile went on to add: “We are in a period of intense competition from both lenders and packagers so brokers need to keep up-to-date on the best offers available to their clients and respond to them quickly to reap the maximum benefit both for their customers and for their own businesses.”
James Carter, IFA at Virtue Financial, agreed the deal represented good value for the client and was confident it would be popular. “This sounds like an excellent deal and is sure to attract some good business,” he said.
