It is paying registered introducers an introducers fee of 0.55 per cent for prime commercial and bridging finance. The Commerce Centre also pays up to 1.5 per cent for sub prime commercial loans.

For a typical commercial mortgage case of £250,000 the introducer would receive a new minimum payment of £1375 and potentially up to £3750 depending on client circumstances. TCC assesses the case and the client circumstances fully to source from its whole of market lending panel ensuring that the client gets the best deal.
