Brokers visiting the Commercial First stand, situated in the Commercial Mortgage Pavillion will be able to use the 'cfirst' system to complete instant applications in principle and print all relevant applicant documentation there and then.
They will also be able to review all their existing cases, getting real time updates on outstanding items.
Expo visitors will also get a key on entering the exhibition which could be the one to open a safe on the company's stand.
The holders of keys that open the safe will win one of six Red Letter Day prizes, including choices such as a professional golf analysis for two, a spa day for two, and a thirty minute light aircraft flight.
The Commercial First marketing team will also be on hand to design broker marketing campaigns – a perfect way to finish the year on a high.
