The role has been created to deal with the day-to-day management and implementation of specific requirements for the mounting list of Competent Adviser’s IFA clientele.
During a financial services career spanning over 20 years Christine has acquired vast experience in delivering training and competence (T&C) solutions as well as a raft of learning and development functions across an array of blue chip companies. She has written and implemented T&C schemes for unit trust and life assurance companies as well as IFA and direct sales organisations.
Gillian Tait, director at Competent Adviser, said: “We are delighted to welcome Christine aboard the Competent Adviser team.
She has an extensive experience in the design and delivery of regulated training and development and possesses a skill set that is second to none. Her extensive “hands on” field supervisory experience across the full product range, often maintaining her own authorisation status as a requirement of these roles, ensures that she will prove invaluable in her new role.
“The Competent Adviser proposition is going from strength to strength and we have a number of innovative online training solutions in the pipeline for 2009 as the financial services industry demands that intermediaries are able to demonstrate and document their training procedures.”
Christine Chow, consultant at Competent Adviser, added: “Joining Competent Adviser represents an exciting opportunity to become a part of a forward thinking company which has great foundations on which to progress even further. IFA’s are increasingly realising the importance of constantly updating their knowledge and training procedures and Competent Adviser has already proved hugely beneficial in the implementation of these procedures. I am looking forward to providing even more support and solutions for our existing and future IFA clientele.
