Both will report to head of sales and marketing, Tristan Pile.
Pippa Thompson has been appointed as business development manager (BDM) with special responsibility for marketing Unity Homeloans products. Her role will include helping brokers understand the niches that Unity products can fill. Pippa joins Complete from JP Morgan and her previous experience includes account manager roles at Lloyds TSB Offshore Banking and Barclays Bank.
Christian Rolfe has joined Complete from Amber Home Loans, with previous experience at Chelsea Building Society and within the mortgage packaging sector. He has been appointed as account relationship manager. His role is to strengthen existing relationships with the Complete Network’s ARs, helping them to grow their businesses successfully and develop new business relationships with Complete’s packaging business. He will also be responsible for marketing the Complete Network to potential new ARs.
