It is open to all mortgage brokers that have pre-registered on the updated Complete website.
For attendees only, there is the chance to share in over £200,000 worth of application fee refund vouchers in the style of “cheque books”. These can be used in conjunction with non-conforming schemes offered by most of the lenders that attend the event. A free prize draw will also take place on the day with the chance to win one of five top-of-the-range satellite navigation systems. Entry is simple, every online enquiry received before the event will be entered into the draw, so the more enquiries brokers submit the better chance they have of winning.
Representatives from seven non-conforming lenders (Salt, GMAC-RFC, Unity Homeloans, edeus, DB Mortgages, Future Mortgages and Kensington) will hold 15 minute workshops with groups of brokers. Complete will also be discussing their online enquiry process, online case tracking and how to get the best out of their website. A keynote industry speaker will also make a presentation on non-conforming marketing and lead generation.
