Complete’s web based facilities include online case tracking, details of exclusive products, an events calendar, and an online enquiry service that enables brokers to complete an enquiry form and submit it to the Complete underwriters, with an emailed response detailing three suitable options promised within four working hours.
New functionality to be launched on Complete’s website shortly includes; the ability for brokers to check their own proc fee statement online; a Buy to Let calculator; and exclusive online resources for satellites and franchises
