Davinia Blackman joins the residential, buy-to-let and secured loans team as senior Underwriter.
She has been in the industry since with Solent Mortgage Services as an underwriter for secured loans and first charge lending. Most recently she ran the processing team at SMS as office manager.
Joining the bridging and commercial team is Julie Sides who originally cut her teeth as an underwriter at the Portsmouth Building Society.
She joined BDS Mortgage Group as an underwriter in 1994 before moving into broker sales and product development.
