The South Coast-based national packager has invited a number of lenders and providers to its annual expo taking place near Southampton on 17 September.
The main sponsors include Masthaven Bridging, GE Money, iress, Interbay, Kent Reliance, Hodge Lifetime, Castle Trust, Dudley Building Society, Precise Mortgages, Saffron Building Society and Shawbrook Bank.
Complete FS will celebrate its 21st anniversary at the event, which will be held at the Meon Valley Golf and Country Club.
Tony Salentino, director, said: “We have much to celebrate. Not only has the market begun to recapture a measure of its old vitality as can be seen by the number of sponsors we have attending, but also Complete FS is marking its 21st year of continuous support for the intermediary sector.
“Any intermediary, who wants to further his or her understanding of the specialist lending market, will not fail to be impressed by the lineup of lending talent covering everything from technology, commercial lending, buy-to-let, complex prime, bridging and lifetime mortgages.
“The main aim is help delegates increase their awareness of the opportunities and potential income available within the specialist arena.
“On top of that, we want everyone to celebrate with us as we mark our 21st birthday by joining us in the afternoon in an activity of their choice.”
The day is split into three parts, starting with registration and a chance to talk to lenders and providers about specific cases, as there will be underwriters in attendance.
The second part is in a round table format, featuring presentations from named sponsors. A number of other lenders are set to add their names to the attendance list over the next month.
After lunch delegates can stay on and play golf, use the spa facilities at the club or go out on the river Solent to enjoy riding on a powerful rigid-inflatable boat.
