Bill has spear headed and developed CMLS’s network arm, the Complete Network, since its formation in November 2003. He has successfully steered the organisation through its FSA authorisation application process, with the network recently achieving the major milestone of receiving its MTA letter. Bill Warren has worked in the mortgage lending industry for over 30 years and was formerly National Compliance Manager at the MCCB.
CMLS director, Tony Salentino, said “The network proposition has been the cornerstone of CMLS’s strategy to grow and prosper under future FSA regulation. Bill has made a major contribution to the planning, development and structure of the network. This could not have been achieved without his experience, specialist knowledge and unstinting commitment.
