Complete is holding its first 2007 buy-to-let mortgage event at Southampton’s St Mary’s Stadium - home to Southampton FC – on Tuesday 20 March followed by a specialist mortgage event at The Emirates Stadium – home to Arsenal FC - on 27 March. Further events are planned in June and September, also to include secured loans.
Each event is sponsored by leading lenders in the buy-to-let and specialist lending market sectors, and lender representatives will discuss their products and services with brokers in round-table groups. Both events include lunch, a tour of the stadium and a Trigold training session. The events are classed as continuing professional development, and CPD certificates will be issued to all attendees.
In addition, five flat screen TVs are to be won at each event, and every broker that attends will be invited to one of the Complete hospitality days to be held from May to September. These include golf days and spa days at Stoke Park and Meon Valley Golf and Country Clubs; sailing and power boating around the Isle of Wight, and race days at Newbury.
Tristan Pile, head of sales and marketing at Complete, said: “Knowing about all the new and existing lenders in the marketplace, and their products and services, is a vital part of mortgage advisers keeping up their levels of skills and knowledge as well as increasing their sales effectiveness. We are combining the opportunity to do this with a lively and interesting format, and the chance to win prizes and select a hospitality event for the future. We will also be announcing some new special offers and incentives concerning legal fees, application fees, and access to discounted leads. Demand is likely to be very high, so early registration is advisable.”
